Shipping Costs:

  • Australia Post Parcel (Standard): $11
  • Australia Post Parcel (Express): $16
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders $60 or more
  • Free Express Shipping for orders $70 or more

Shipping Time is approximate based on postage time between Morwell, VIC 3840 and the destination. You can check Australia Post's estimated shipping times at Australia Post's Website

We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages by Australia Post. If you did not receive your item, you can follow up with Australia Post.

Shipping:

At Cookie Cutter Central, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and efficient manner is important to you. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options, as well as local pickup options from our Morwell location. We process orders within 2-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. We ship to all locations within Australia, however we do not ship internationally.

Returns:

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we accept returns for non-custom cookie cutter orders within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product remains unused. We will issue a refund or exchange the item, as per your preference, once we have received the order back from you.

The Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as taking care to pack the order to ensure it is received back by us undamaged.

However, please note that we do not accept returns for custom cookie cutter orders. If there are any issues with your custom order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement.

Care Instructions
