Shipping & Order Processing

We prepare and dispatch orders from Morwell, Gippsland (VIC 3840). Shipping times shown at checkout are Australia Post transit estimates after dispatch, not total time from placing your order. Larger and custom orders may take longer to prepare. Choose Priority Order Processing + Express Post at checkout when available to move your order ahead in our production queue.

We currently ship Australia-wide as well as to select international destinations including New Zealand, Great Britain, and Canada. Local pickup is also available from our Morwell, VIC location. Please note: we no longer ship to the United States due to tariffs imposed on foreign products.

• Australia Post Parcel (Express): $16
• Free Express Shipping for orders $100 or more

Priority Orders

If you need your order faster than our standard processing time, you can select Priority Order Processing at checkout. This option places your order at the top of our production queue. Pricing is calculated at checkout depending on order size.

Please note: while Priority Orders reduce processing times on our end, delivery times still depend on Australia Post. Choosing Express Post along with Priority Processing gives the fastest turnaround.

International Shipping

Shipping costs for New Zealand, Great Britain, and Canada are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination. Delivery times vary by country and are dependent on Australia Post’s international network. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Tracked orders include an Australia Post tracking number. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please lodge a missing item enquiry with Australia Post. We can assist where needed, but Australia Post is the carrier responsible once parcels are in transit.

Returns Policy

We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Once returned and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange as preferred.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please pack items securely to ensure they are returned undamaged.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom cookie cutter and embosser orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or remake.
