How It Works:
Designing your custom cookie debosser is easy, and we will be there for every step throughout the process! Follow the steps below to begin the journey of creating your very own fondant debosser and cookie cutter.

Choose the type and size of the Cutter you'd like with your Debosser (Round, Square, or the Outline of your Design)
- Your Design will be made to fit the Cutter size you have chosen
- The Outline style cutter will be made as large as possible to fit the design inside the 10cm x 10cm Acrylic sheet. - Add a Personal Touch: During the checkout process, type what design you're after in the "special instructions" field.
- Checkout & Approval: Once we receive your order, we will contact you with a few designs based on what you are after. Once approved, we'll print your order have it ready for you, typically within 2-3 Business Days.
Note: Our Cutters are made from PLA+ food grade material and are not dishwasher safe. Please wash in warm soapy water only. Our Debossers are made from food grade Acrylic.

Shipping Costs:
- Untracked Envelope: $4.00

- Australia Post Parcel (Standard): $12.00

- Free Standard Shipping for orders $50 or more

Shipping Time is approximate based on postage time between Morwell, VIC 3840 and the destination. You can check Australia Post's estimated shipping times at Australia Post's Website
We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages by Australia Post. If you did not receive your item, you can follow up with Australia Post.
Shipping:
At Cookie Cutter Central, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and efficient manner is important to you. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options, as well as local pickup options from our Morwell location. We process orders within 2-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. We ship to all locations within Australia, however we do not ship internationally.
Returns:
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we accept returns for non-custom cookie cutter orders within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product remains unused. We will issue a refund or exchange the item, as per your preference, once we have received the order back from you.
The Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as taking care to pack the order to ensure it is received back by us undamaged.
However, please note that we do not accept returns for custom cookie cutter orders. If there are any issues with your custom order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement.

Always hand wash the cookie cutter with soap and warm water. Do not soak in water. Cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe. Store in a cool dry place with nothing heavier than other light cookie cutters on top.
