Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing, some slight variations in print may occur, but this only adds to the uniqueness of each cutter.
To ensure the longevity of your cutter, it is recommended to wash in warm soapy water only. Please note that these cutters are not dishwasher safe.

Shipping:
At Cookie Cutter Central, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and efficient manner is important to you. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options, as well as local pickup options from our Morwell location. We process orders within 2-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. We ship to all locations within Australia, however we do not ship internationally.
Returns:
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we accept returns for non-custom cookie cutter orders within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product remains unused. We will issue a refund or exchange the item, as per your preference, once we have received the order back from you.
The Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as taking care to pack the order to ensure it is received back by us undamaged.
However, please note that we do not accept returns for custom cookie cutter orders. If there are any issues with your custom order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement.
