We’ve made a small but important change to our shipping options to make things easier for you. A lot of customers have been using the Untracked Envelope shipping, and while it’s a cheaper option, we’ve noticed some delays and confusion around when orders will arrive.
To make things smoother, we’ve switched the default shipping option to Australia Post Parcel Standard. This way, you’ll get tracking info and can follow your order from the moment it leaves us until it gets to your door!
Don’t worry, the Untracked Envelope option is still available if you prefer it—it just won’t be the default anymore.
